The Devices Module
The Devices module lets you do the following:
- View all devices that are currently enrolled in Lookout, or were previously enrolled but not deleted. You can also Deactivate or Delete a device.
- Create, edit, and delete device groups using the Manage Device Groups tab.
Customers deploying Lookout for Work through an MDM that uses AppConfig to push configurations out to clients can add
customer_device_id
as a device search parameter in the device explorer screen. You can search for devices meeting criteria you choose from the Search dropdown menu. See Enable Device Search to include Device Serial Numbers for details.
