Access by Self-Registration

The following one-time procedure outlines the steps for users to self-register with the External User Portal.

  1. If you have not already done so, download and install a desktop or mobile client application for your computer’s operating system.
  2. Double-click the encrypted file (with a .ccsecure extension) you want to open.
  3. In the message box that appears, enter a valid email address, and click Proceed.
  4. In the External User Portal sign-up form, enter your first name, last name, and email address.
  5. Click the I agree with Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy checkbox and click Submit.
  6. You will receive an auto-generated email with a temporary password.
  7. Click the activation link in the email and create a new password.
    This will be your permanent password for your External User Portal account.
