Access by Invitation from Administrator
- Select Administration > User Management.
- Click the External User Management tab.
- Click +Invite External User.
- Enter one or more external user email addresses.For multiple addresses, separate each address with a comma.
- Click Save.
The user email addresses you added appear in the list of external users, with a status of Preauth. These users will receive an email with a link from which they can complete the signup process. Once they have authenticated, their status will change to Approved on the External User Management page.
