Access by Invitation from Administrator

  1. Select Administration > User Management.
  2. Click the External User Management tab.
  3. Click +Invite External User.
  4. Enter one or more external user email addresses.
    For multiple addresses, separate each address with a comma.
  5. Click Save.

    The user email addresses you added appear in the list of external users, with a status of Preauth. These users will receive an email with a link from which they can complete the signup process. Once they have authenticated, their status will change to Approved on the External User Management page.
