Update Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base setting enables you to update the Knowledge Base manually or automatically to reflect the latest information about discovered cloud applications and risk scores.

  1. Select Administration > System Settings.
  2. Select Knowledge Base.

  3. Configure automatic or manual updates.
    • For automatic knowledge base updates, leave the default Knowledge Base Auto Update setting enabled. To disable automatic updates, click the toggle.
    • For manual updates, click Update. The knowledge base is updated, and the Last Updated

      information is modified to show the date and time of the update.
