Configuring Cloud Discovery Settings

Configure Purge Control

The Purge Control options enable you to remove old data automatically. You can specify the number of days to store data before it is purged by accepting the default values shown, or by editing the number for each option.

  1. Select Administration > System Settings.
  2. Select Purge Control from the menu.
  3. Enter the storage limit (in days) for each option as follows:
    • Queryable data - Accept the default value of 180 days or enter any value from 0 to 365 days. Data will be purged after the number of days you specify.
    • Unrecognized domains - Accept the default value of 30 days or enter any value from 0 to 90 days. Data will be purged after the number of days you specify.
  4. Click Save.

    Purging goes into effect immediately after you click Save. On a regular basis, an automatic purge runs daily to delete older data.
