Secure Cloud Access provides options to protect sensitive information, such as names, addresses, credit card numbers, or email addresses, that can be used to identify or locate individual persons. This type of information is known as personally identifiable information (often referred to as PII).

The User Privacy page provides options to enable anonymization of PII data for cloud discovery logs, so that PII information for users cannot be identified in notifications and other correspondence. In Shadow IT reports, however, you can download information in plain text.
