Select User Privacy Protection Options

Enable PII Data Anonymization

  1. Select Administration > System Settings.
  2. Select User Privacy from the menu.
  3. Click the slider to activate anonymization of PII data.
  4. Select Purge to purge existing PII data or Encrypt to encrypt it.
  5. Click the slider to allow Shadow IT reports to be downloaded in plain text with PII anonymization enabled.
  6. Click Save.
