Device Issue History

The Device Issue History lists security events that occurred at a similar time to the selected issue.

  • Time: The time of the event.
  • Event: The type of event.
  • Current Status: Whether the issue is Active or Resolved, as well as the risk level based on your Policies settings.
  • Issue: The issue classification.
  • Actor: Each action has an associated actor, who may be the MES Console Administrator or the device end user. For App or File issues that are resolved by the endpoint, the actor is listed as the MES Client.
