PART 1: Initial Setup

Lookout requires information about your Entra ID tenant in order to create your Lookout Mobile Endpoint Security (MES) Console administrators. Once you have access to the console, you can set up the connection to Entra ID and prepare to add the Lookout for Work app to Intune.

This consists of the following tasks:

  1. Collect the Entra ID Tenant ID and the Group Object IDs from the Entra ID portal, as they are required to set up your Lookout MES tenant integration to Entra ID.
  2. Set up the Entra ID (Azure) Integration.
  3. Provide the consent requested by the Entra ID portal.
  4. Configure the Intune connector from the Lookout MES Console.
  5. Configure a connection to Lookout MES from Intune.
  6. If you are deploying Lookout for Work on iOS, register the app with Entra ID and grant the required API permissions.

    Step 6 is not necessary for the Android app.
