PART 1: Initial Setup

Connecting to Lookout Mobile Endpoint Security in Intune

After configuring Lookout MES, a Microsoft Intune Administrator must set up a connection to Lookout from the Microsoft Intune tenant.

  1. Log in to the Microsoft Intune admin center.
  2. In the left sidebar menu, click Tenant administration.
  3. In the Tenant admin blade, click Connectors and tokens.
  4. In the Connectors and tokens blade, under Cross platform, click Mobile Threat Defense.
  5. Click + Add.
  6. In the Add Connector pane, click the Select a Mobile Threat Defense connector to setup dropdown and select Lookout for Work:
  7. Click Create.
  8. Click the newly created Lookout for Work connector.
  9. Toggle Enable App Sync for iOS Devices to ON:


    Initially, the Connect <OS + version > to Lookout for Work toggles may be disabled. Once MES and Intune services begin communication, these toggles are automatically enabled.

  10. Click Save.
