Provide the Consent Requested

When you sign in to the Entra ID portal as an Entra (AAD) Global Admin with a new Lookout MES session, a consent page appears for the Lookout MES application showing the permissions requested.

Sign in to the Entra ID portal as an Entra (AAD) Global Admin.
Read the permissions requested.
Click Accept to continue.

Once this is complete, any user logging in from https://aad.lookout.com is redirected to the MES Console. If consent hasn’t been granted, all login attempts return a Bad Login Error.
