Prepare Jamf Pro

Create a Smart Device Group

A Lookout Smart Device Group handles devices protected by the Lookout for Work app.

  1. Click Devices at the upper left of the screen.
  2. Click Smart Device Groups.
  3. Click + New.
    The top menu selection is Mobile Device Group.
  4. In Display Name, enter Lookout for Work.
  5. Click checkbox Send email notification on membership change.
  6. Click Criteria in the top menu.
  7. Click + Add and choose the relevant criterion from the following:
