Deploying Lookout with JAMF Pro

Prepare Jamf Pro

You must prepare Jamf Pro MDM to interact with the Lookout server:

  • Create an administrative account for Lookout access
  • Create a Smart Device Group to manage devices with the Lookout for Work app
  • Create Mobile Device extension attributes to convey device, connection, and risk statuses.
  • Open and allow the Lookout communication ports on Jamf Pro.
