Creating Custom Attributes for Device State Sync

Lookout uses custom attributes to synchronize device state to the EPMM. These attributes are required to configure the Ivanti EPMM Connector in the Lookout MES Console. To create them:

  1. Create custom attributes for device synchronization following the instructions in the Ivanti documentation: Creating custom attributes to users and/or devices.
  2. Create attributes one at a time, using the names and descriptions in this table.

    These are used to sync device state, threat level, and disconnected or unreachable status with Ivanti EPMM.
