Deploying Lookout with Ivanti EPMM

Preparing Ivanti EPMM for Integration

Before creating an Ivanti EPMM Connector in the Lookout Mobile Endpoint Security (MES) Console, you must login to your Ivanti EPMM Admin Portal and do the following:

  1. Create an API User to act as the connection between Lookout and Ivanti EPMM.
  2. Add custom attributes or labels to communicate device status between Lookout and Ivanti EPMM.
  3. Add the Lookout for Work app to the Ivanti EPMM Apps@Work catalog with Zero Touch Activation.
  4. (iOS only) Set up a Managed App Config file to push to iOS devices running Lookout for Work with Zero Touch Activation.
  5. Configure a Compliance Action and Security Policy for each of the Lookout MES risk levels.

    If you are running a large on-premises Ivanti EPMM deployment that uses multiple tenants, you must repeat this process for each tenant. You can connect Lookout to up to five Ivanti EPMM tenants.
