Deploying Lookout with Citrix XenMobile

Preparing XenMobile for Integration

Before creating a XenMobile Connector in the Lookout Mobile Endpoint Security (MES) Console, you must login to the Citrix Endpoint Management console and do the following:

  1. Create a local API User Group and a Lookout for Work enrollment User Group.
  2. Create an API User to act as the connection between Lookout and XenMobile.
  3. Configure the XenMobile SMTP Server.
    This is required in order to send enrollment emails or SMS notifications.
