Citrix XenMobile requirements:

Citrix Endpoint Management (formerly XenMobile Service), version 10.8+
Admin Console Access in the Citrix Endpoint Management console.
Enroll all users and devices in your XenMobile instance prior to configuring the Lookout XenMobile connector. Enrolled devices require the Citrix Secure Hub (formerly Worx Home) app.
Open/allow the Lookout ports documented in the Lookout MDM Service IP Addresses article.
