Enterprise Application Discovery for Secure Private Access

Onboarding Discovered Enterprise Applications

Skip this section if you already onboarded discovered applications by following the instructions specified in the Onboard Discovered Enterprise Applications section during the Secure Private Access (ZTNA) connector deployment process.

Once enterprise applications are discovered, you can onboard only the HTTPS, SSH, and RDP applications.

  1. On the Discovered Applications page, select the domain name of the enterprise application (click on the row), the row is highlighted.

  2. Click the Onboard icon.

    The Basic view of the App Management page is displayed in a separate browser tab.

  3. Enter a Name (required) and a Description (optional) for the application and click Next.

  4. Select App Authentication and App Access as the protection model.

  5. Click Next and enter or select the configuration settings.
  6. App Type: From the prompt, choose a type.
    The options are:
    • HTTPS (HTTP Secure)
    • SSH (Secure Shell)

    • RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol)

  7. Enter the following information.
    • Restricted IP Addresses - Enter one or more allowed IP addresses, separating each address with a comma. Click Save.
    • Specific Domains - Enter one or more specific domains (if any), separating each with a comma. Click Save.

    • TCP Ports - Enter one or more TCP port numbers (if any), separating each with a comma. Click Save.

      An additional option, Home Page URL, is available only for the HTTPS app type.

  8. Click Next to display the User Access tab.
  9. Click New.
  10. Under Type, select User or User Group.
    • If you selected User, choose either All (to allow access to all users) or Selected (to allow access by users you specify by their valid email addresses). Then click Save.
    • If you selected User Group, choose the user groups for which to allow access. Select the groups from the directories listed. Click Add, then click Save to save the user groups you added.
  11. Click Next and click Save.
