Enabling TLS intercept at the tenant level might affect the user experience, because the proxy intercepts all requests. As a result, websites and apps that use certificate pinning might not work through the proxy. You must disable TLS interception before configuring Secure Private Access.

Select Administration > System Settings.
In the Sanctioned Cloud Configuration menu, click Advanced Configuration.
On the Policy Settings tab in the TLS Intercept section, confirm that the Default TLS Action for Enterprise Access prompt contains a value of TLS Bypass.

Note: This setting only applies to unmanaged enterprise applications.
