Onboarding GitHub Applications
- From the Management Console, select Administration > App Management, and click New.
- From the Choose an app prompt, select GitHub.

Enter a Name.
The name must include only alphanumeric characters, with no special characters other than the underscore, and no spaces.
- (Optional) Enter a Description.

Select one or more protection models:
- App Authentication only
- App Authentication and App Access
- API Access

Enter additional information depending on which protection model you selected:
- If you selected App Authentication only, then on the next screen, click New to add authorized users or user groups. Click Next.
- If you selected App Authentication and App Access:
- On the Configuration page, enter your Organization ID and Home Page URL. In the Additional Domains field, enter any domains that you use with GitHub, separated by commas. Click Next.

On the User Access page, click New to add authorized users or user groups and click
Next.

If you selected API Access, click Authorize and enter your GitHub login credentials. Select the organizations to onboard (select Grant for the desired organizations), and click Authorize.
If you clicked Authorize without selecting organizations, you must perform these steps to view the Re-authorizations pop up window again so that you can select the organizations in the Management Console.
- Sign in to Github and go to the user settings page.
- Under Applications [Integrations], revoke the Oauth Application permission.
- Sign in to the Management Console and click Re-authorize.
- Click Grant to select the organizations.

Click Authorize.
To add or remove organizations later:
- Sign in to Github.
- Select Organization > Settings > Oauth Application policy [under Third party Access].
- Click Deny to remove an organization or click Grant to add the organization.
- Sign in to the Management Console and click Re-authorize.
- Review the summary, verify that all information is correct, and click Save.
