Devices in Lookout DRM Tab
The list provides the following information:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Device ID | An incremental number assigned to the device when it is registered. |
| Device Type | The type of desktop or mobile device (for example, Mac desktop, Windows PC, Android phone, or iPhone), and the operating system used (Mac, Windows, Android, or iOS). For information about device type and OS for each device, hover over the device icon. |
| User Info | The user name and email address for the user associated with the device, and the associated cloud or cloud applications. |
| Location | The geographical location identified for the device, and the date and time at which the device was last detected. |
| Profile |
The access-permission status of the device: Managed (green) Unmanaged (red) |
| Status | The availability of the device for downloading encrypted files - either Allow or Blocked. Users cannot access encrypted files from a blocked device. |
| File Activity |
Click this icon to set the profile as Managed or Unmanaged. Click this icon to block the device from use. Click this icon to display the Activity Audit Logs page (in a separate tab), which shows file activity for the device. |
