View custom category lists

In the Management Console, select Protect > Category Management.

The Category Management page displays the custom categories you created and enables you to create new categories.

For each category, the page shows:

  • Name - The name of the custom category.
  • Type - The category type assigned: User Agent, Web URL, or Domain.
  • Item count - The number of user agents, web URLs, or domains included in the category list.
  • Assigned Policies - The name of any policy that uses the category.
  • Referenced by -The source of information for the category. For example, if the user agents in a category have been imported into the Enterprise Authentication page, Enterprise Proxy Authentication would be the reference.
  • Updated on - The date on which the category was last updated.
  • Updated by - The username of who last updated the category (or system if it is a list of default user agents).
  • Actions - An icon that, when clicked, enables you to modify the category information.
