Create new Ping Identity Provisioning Application
- Sign in to Ping Identity.
- Select Integrations > Provisioning.
- Click the + icon and select Identity Store.
- In the search box enter SCIM, select SCIM Outbound application, and click Next.
- Enter the app Name and Description, and click Next.

Enter the SCIM Base URL you copied in the Management Console, and select the
Authentication Method as OAuth2 Bearer Token.
- In the Oauth Access Token field, enter the apiToken you copied in the Management Console.
- Click Next and click Save.
- Click Configure API Integration.
- Go to the Rules section in Provisioning and click create new Rule.
- Enter the details and click Create Rule.
- Select the created connection (Example: ScimPing)
- Click Save.
- Click the Edit icon next to User Filter.

Select the attribute as Enabled and value as true.
Click Save.
- Click Attribute Mapping, and click the Edit icon.
- Click + Add.
- Select UserId in the PingOne Directory.
- Select externalId in the ScimPing section and click Save.
- Enable the SCIM Rule toggle at the top right corner.
