Create New Okta Application
- In your Okta administration console, select Applications > Applications.
- Click Browse App Catalog and use the search function to find and select SCIM 2.0 Test App (Header Auth).
- Click Add Integration.
- (Optional) Modify the application label if desired.
- Click Next.
- On the Sign-On Options page, select SAML 2.0.
- Click Done.
- Select the Provisioning tab and click Configure API Integration.
- Select Enable API Integration, and enter the Base URL and API token that you saved from within the Secure Cloud Access Management Console in the previous procedure.

Click Test API Credentials.
You should see a message confirming that the credentials were successfully verified. Click Save.

On the Provisioning to App page, click Edit and select the Enable checkboxes for Create Users, Update User Attributes, and Deactivate Users.
Click Save.

Select the Assignments tab.
From the Assign prompt, select Assign to People.

Okta displays a list of users.
For each user you want to assign to the SCIM application:
- Click Assign.
- Verify the user details that are shown in a pop-up, and click Save and Go Back.
- The label of the Assign link next to the user’s name changes to Assigned.
- When you have added all desired users, click Done.

If you want to sync user groups:
- Go to the Push Groups tab.
- From the Push Groups prompt, select either Find groups by name or Find groups by rule.
- Search for and select the desired group.
- Click Save.
- Repeat as needed for additional groups.
