Device Details

The device details provides a closer look at device parameters, adding more information to help you decide whether to delete or deactivate the device.

Click any device to see the Device Details page. It includes the following:

  • Status, Connection, User, and Device Type, as in the Devices table. User data is unavailable if your tenant has Privacy Controls enabled.Issues: The issue history of the device.
  • Features: The status of configurable Lookout for Work features on the device, such as Phishing and Content Protection.
  • Configuration: Whether the device has a lock screen or device encryption, and if it has Developer Mode, USB debugging, or apps from unknown sources enabled.
  • Device Admin: Apps that have Administrator privileges on the device.
  • Software: The device OS including the current version, latest available version, and number of unpatched known CVEs.
  • Lookout for Work App: The device ID, app package, and app version. The table also lists the date and time that the user activated or deactivated Lookout for Work, disconnected, or uninstalled the app, if that information is available.

For Disconnected devices, the listed date and time are the last recorded check-in with Lookout before the device stopped communicating with the MES SMB Console, not the date at which the device status changed to Disconnected.

  • Specs: General device data.
