About the Multi-Tenancy (MT) Administrator's Console

Logging in to the Multi-Tenancy Admin Console

Check your email for a welcome email with a login link to the admin console.

You log in to the Lookout Multi-Tenancy Admin Console at https://app.lookout.com, unless you are using Azure Active Directory Single Sign-On. AAD users log in from https://aad.lookout.com.

NOTE: To configure AAD SSO, see Setting up AAD SSO for Multi-Tenancy Administrators.

Opening the Lookout MES Console for a Specific Tenant

To access a specific tenant from the Multi-Tenancy Admin Console:

  1. Click Tenants in the left navigation bar and click the row for the tenant you wish to view.
  2. Click Manage Tenant in the upper-right:


    Lookout navigates to the MES Console Dashboard on the selected tenant. You can return to the Multi-Tenancy Admin Console by clicking Back to the Parent Admin Console in the banner notification:
