Check and Review Site Classification Status

You can check site classification status and request a review of one or more site or domain classifications.

Check Site Classification Status

To check a site's or domain's classification:
  1. On the MES navigation pane, click Protections and choose the Phishing and Content Protection tab.
  2. Scroll down to Check Site Classification Status.
  3. Enter one or more sites or domains in a comma-separated list.
  4. Click Check Status.
  5. Request Lookout to review a site's classification

Request a Review of Site Classification Status

To request a review of a site's classification:
  1. In the results from a classification check, click Request review.
  2. Enter comments to explain your expectations.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Expect an email response from Lookout within 24 hours.
