Check and Review Site Classification Status

You can check site classification status and request a review of one or more site or domain classifications.

Check Site Classification Status

To check a site's or domain's classification:

On the MES navigation pane, click Protections and choose the Phishing and Content Protection tab.
Scroll down to Check Site Classification Status.
Enter one or more sites or domains in a comma-separated list.
Click Check Status.
Request Lookout to review a site's classification

Request a Review of Site Classification Status

To request a review of a site's classification:

In the results from a classification check, click Request review.
Enter comments to explain your expectations.
Click Submit.
Expect an email response from Lookout within 24 hours.
