Lookout MES polls Ivanti EPMM for enrolled devices and displays them on the Devices page of the console. Initially, discovered devices have a Status of "Pending." As end users open and activate Lookout for Work, the activated devices move out of "Pending" status and change to "Secured."

If you have configured more than one Ivanti EPMM connector, Lookout MES displays a unique ID for each connector. This ID also displays in the Devices list to show which instance of the EPMM a user's device is connected to. If a single device is assigned to more than one connector, only the first device activation attempt will succeed.
