IBM MaaS360 Requirements

See What are the Lookout Supported Platforms and Languages? for supported version information.

MaaS360 requirements:

  • MaaS360 On-premises or SaaS, tenant version 10.6x
  • Administrator - Level 2 access to the MaaS360 Admin Portal
  • Open/allow the Lookout ports documented in the Lookout MDM Service IP Addresses article.
  • MaaS360 must be configured for Android Enterprise (formerly called Android for Work) in order to manage Android 10 devices in either Work Profile or Work Managed Device mode. For details, see Configuring Android Enterprise with MaaS360.
