Deploying Lookout with BlackBerry UEM

Preparing BlackBerry UEM for Integration

Before integrating Lookout with BlackBerry UEM:

  1. Create an API user for communication between Lookout and UEM.
  2. Create User Groups in UEM that map to the different Lookout risk levels.
  3. (Optional) Create a User Group in UEM for users on personal devices.

    You can manage access to BlackBerry Dynamics apps on these devices based on a device's security status as reported by Lookout.
