Appendix: Dual Enrollment Issue Reporting Reference

On devices with Lookout for Work on both the Personal and Work profile, Lookout reports Network and OS threats on both the Work and Personal profile, alerting the user to the threat on both instances of Lookout for Work. Lookout resolves the threat on both profiles once remediated.

Other issue types (Application/File, Device, Web Content) are reported only on the profile where the threat is present, and trigger alerts only from that instance of Lookout for Work.

The exception to this is Sideloaded App threats, which are reported on both profiles and alert on both instances of Lookout for Work.
