Prerequisites

Requires JDK 17

Before you begin the remote upgrade, make sure that JDK 17 is installed on the machine where you want to upgrade the ZTNA (Secure Private Access) connector. To install JDK 17, see the Install JDK 17 section.
Requires 23.1.0-579 ZTNA connector base version

SASE 23.1.0-579 is the minimum base version required for performing ZTNA connector remote upgrade.
The HEALTH status column of the ZTNA node must show OK, indicating that all services are running.
