Manual Upload

  1. Select Administration > Enterprise Integration.
  2. Select User Directory and click New.
  3. Select Manual Upload from the Select Source prompt.
  4. Enter a Name that contains no more than 255 characters.
  5. The Sample CSV link and the Select File button become active.
    You can download the sample file to create a directory or use a blank .csv file of your own.

    The .csv file must use this format:

    • First column: First name of cloud user.
    • Second column: Last name of cloud user.
    • Third column: Email ID of cloud user.
    • Fourth column: User groups to which the cloud user belongs. If the user belongs to multiple groups, separate the group names with semicolons.
  6. Click Select File to upload the .csv.
  7. Click Save to add the uploaded .csv to the User Directory list.
