Actions You Can Perform on Discovered Applications
- You can convert a discovered application to an onboarded application using the domain name. The onboarded applications allow you to configure data and malware protection policies. For instructions, refer to Onboarding discovered enterprise applications.
- You can create a new custom destination IP category using the discovered IP address (subnet). By cataloging IP addresses, you can apply network layer firewall policies. For instructions, refer to Creating a custom destination IP category.
- You can add a discovered IP address (subnet) to an existing custom destination IP category for applying network layer firewall policies. For instructions, refer to Adding IP address to an existing custom destination IP category.
