Open Required Ports

These ports must be open on the user devices for the clients to enable secure communication between the client and the Lookout Cloud Security platform.

Windows client: Outbound UDP 4500 and 500

You must open ports UDP 53, TCP 853, and TCP 443 outbound from the user device when 8.8.8.8 is configured as Tunnel DNS server IP in the Management Console.

Note: Make sure that the machine on which you want to install the Lookout Client has the latest version of Realtek Network Driver.
