Incoming Emails from Cloud applications or Users
The Incoming and Outgoing pertain to the Postfix MTA and not the cloud. These settings control emails both from the cloud and from a user/Postfix to the cloud.
The email gateway requires access to a DPaaS service in the same environment. These settings apply to mail coming from external senders to the cloud application.

| Allowed client IP addresses | Enter the IP addresses that will be trusted to communicate with the Postfix server. This should include the corporate email system that is forwarding email to the email gateway. |
| Acceptable Domain Name/IP address | The customer and cloud domains for incoming mail that are trusted as valid addresses. Enter the domain names (for example, xyz.com), separated by commas. The gateway will process only the items you enter here. If nothing is entered, then all machines will be allowed to send email to the cloud through the gateway. |
