Create and Configure Email Flow Rule in Exchange
- Sign in to your Office 365 account as a global admin user.
- Select Admin center > Exchange.
- Click mail flow in the Exchange admin center.
- Select Rules.
- Click Add New Rule.
- Configure the rule and provide the required information.
- Enter a name for the rule.
- Under Apply this rule if.., select The sender’s domain, and enter your organization domain.
- Under Do the following, select set the message header to this value. Set the X-CC-ACCOUNT-TENANT-ID to <appname:TenantID>.Example: SASoffice365:ccsvcs
- appname: The name that you provided while onboarding your O365 app in the Lookout Management Console.

Tenant ID: It is the first part of the Management Console URL as highlighted in the example below.

- Select Use the following connector and select the O365 connector.
- Under Except if, select A message header includes.., and specify that X-CC-Processed
header includes "DLPProcessed’ or ‘true’.
- Click Save.
