Enable Support for DKIM

Perform the following steps to enable support for DKIM.

  1. Select Administration > Environment Management.
  2. Click on the pencil icon of the Default environment.
  3. Click the Email tab.
  4. Click the DKIM toggle to enable DKIM.
  5. Enter the Email domain.
    To enter multiple domains, separate each domain name with a comma.
  6. Make a note of the following details:
    • DNS Host Name (TXT Record Name)
    • TXT Record Value (DNS key)
  7. Go to the DNS settings page of the domain name provider (for example, Godaddy).
  8. Enter the DNS Host Name (TXT Record Name) and DNS Key (TXT Record Value) into the domain provider’s DNS settings page and click Add.
  9. On the Management Console, click Test.
    Once you see the Test status as Success, click Save.
