Enable Isolation in Environment

Here are some options to consider when using the isolation policies. If Lookout is not able to open a suspicious site in isolated mode, you can bypass isolation.

  1. Select System Settings > Environment Management.

  2. Select the default cloud environment from which your users will access the site or sites you are isolating.
  3. Click the Data Proxy icon.

  4. Under Remote Browser Isolation Settings:
    • Leave the toggle on for the proxy to bypass isolation when the isolation service is not available. This means that the site will open as it would normally.

    • Turn the toggle off to enforce isolation policies.

  5. Save the environment settings.
