Configuration Steps

Enable Permissions for Viewing and Modifying Data

To enable Secure Cloud Access to access all data, you must enable permissions for the admin user that you will use to onboard Salesforce.

  1. In your Salesforce account, go to Setup and use the search box to search for Users.
  2. Click the name of the admin user that you will use to onboard Salesforce and click Edit.
  3. In the Administrative Permissions section, make sure that the View All Data and Modify All Data

    checkboxes are selected.

  4. Save the user account.

    For Salesforce, users can view file content even when downloading is disabled by default for the account.
