Reassign Super Administrator Role

A tenant can have only one Super Administrator account. To reassign the Super Administrator role to a different user, you must do so while signed in with the current Super Administrator account.

  1. In the Management Console, select Administration > System Settings.
  2. Select Tenant Configuration from the menu.
  3. If you are logged in with the Super Administrator role, the Reassignment of Super Administrator option will be available.
    Select the desired user from the prompt, which lists users who currently have the System Administrator role.
  4. Click Send OTP to receive a one-time password.
  5. Retrieve the password from your email and enter it in the Enter OTP field.
    Click Validate.
  6. Click Save.
    The Super Administrator role is transferred to the user you selected.
