Change Profile and Actions for Device

In ActiveSync Tab

  1. Click in the row for the device.
  2. Place the pointer on the right side of the Action column and click the pen icon.
  3. Select Blocked, Allow, or Wipe.
  4. Click the checkmark icon to the right to confirm the change.
