The Discovered Clouds tab lists cloud applications that have been discovered through the proxy logs you uploaded and through inline traffic inspection via the Lookout proxy.

For each cloud application, the list shows the following information:

• Cloud - The cloud application name.
• Tenant ID - The character string that identifies the tenant for the cloud application, or unknown if the tenant ID is not known.
• Risk Score -- The current risk-score level (Low, Medium, or High).
• Inbound Traffic / Outbound Traffic / Total Traffic -- The quantity of inbound, outbound and total traffic for the cloud.
• User Count - The number of users who have accessed the cloud application. The counts are hyperlinked. Clicking a number displays a list of cloud applications accessed by each user, along with traffic details.
• Category - The cloud service category (for example cloud storage, CRM, and so on). The category names are based on the names shown in the Destination IP Category list.
