Onboard Discovered Cloud Applications

For detailed information about procedures for onboarding cloud applications, see Onboarding cloud applications and suites. Then, go to the section for the cloud application you are onboarding.

  1. On the Discovered Clouds page, click the row for the cloud application you want to onboard.

  2. The Onboard and Policy icons become active (green).

  3. Click the Onboard icon.

    The Basic view of the App Management page is displayed in a separate browser tab.

  4. Enter an application Name (required) and a Description (optional) and click Next.
  5. If you are onboarding a suite (for example, Google Workspace), check the applications to include in the suite and click Next.
  6. If this is not a suite, click Next.

    The App Access protection model is preselected.

  7. Click Next.
  8. In the Configuration page, accept the values shown or edit them as needed.
    The fields you see will vary depending on the type of application you are onboarding.
  9. Review the information in the Summary page.
    To change anything, click Previous and edit as needed.
  10. Click Save to onboard the discovered cloud application.
