The Discovered Cloud Risk report provides a downloadable PDF that contains a snapshot of your organization's cloud usage based on the dates you specify. If no date criteria have been specified, the report captures all usage data for the default date range. If GDPR reporting has been enabled for you, GDPR values will be included in the report.

An Executive Summary describes overall cloud risk data for your organization, along with recommendations based on the risk report for your organization along with charts and diagrams that provide visual displays of your risk report.

The report also includes this information:

• Executive summary for your enterprise
• Graphs of top-10 cloud activity
• Category risk overview
• High-risk cloud breakdown
• Cloud storage and collaboration breakdown
• Drilldown visibility

• Risk factor weightings

  To view the report, port 8443 must be open and the Helvetica, San Serif, and Arial fonts must be available.

  1. From the App Discovery dashboard, or the Clouds, Users, or Groups pages, select the content filters and date range for the report.

  2. Click the Download icon.

  3. Click Download Discovered Clouds Report. A PDF file of the report is downloaded to your computer and is displayed in your browser.
  4. Name and save the file.
