Deployment - Secure Cloud Access

Create Access Control Security Policy

Create an Access Control policy to control what actions users can perform in this cloud app. This example prevents users from downloading any file from Slack.

  1. In the Management Console, select Protect > Access Control.
  2. Click New.
  3. Enter a policy name that contains no more than 100 characters.
  4. For Content Inspection Type, select None.
  5. Click Next.
  6. In the Destinations column, locate the Managed Apps > Collaboration menu and select the Slack app you just created.
  7. On the Context Rules tab, select these values:
    • Activities: Download
    • Data Type: Files

    • Context Rules: Select Users in the Context Type prompt, then select All Users in the

      Context prompt.

  8. On the Action tab, select these values:
    • Action: Deny
    • Secondary Action: Select Remediation, then select Remediation Notification from the notification prompt.
  9. Click Next, then Confirm.
