Reporting issues with Windows desktop application
The application generates log files in the background as you use it. If you encounter any issues while using the application, you can report those issues by email.
- If you use Microsoft Outlook: Click the Report Issues button. Outlook opens an email message, prepopulated with the Lookout address. The body of the email includes the log files pertaining to the issue.
- If you use another email program: Contact Lookout Support for information about working with the log files to resolve issues.
