Create Decryption Agents

Note about offline file access

Only files that have been opened previously can be decrypted. For example, if you download 10

.ccsecure files and open two of them, only those two files can be viewed offline.

You can also prevent offline access to encrypted files in the Content Digital Rights settings by selecting Never in the Offline Access options. For more information, see Creating Content Digital Rights templates.

  1. Select Administration > Enterprise Integration.
  2. Select Decryption Agents from the menu.
  3. Click New.
  4. Enter a Name
  5. (Optional) Enter a Description.
  6. Enter a valid pair of IP values to serve as the public IP address range.
  7. Click Save.
  8. To view the assigned authentication key for the agent, click Show.
    To hide it, click Hide.
