Configuring Lookout MES with Secure Cloud Access

Onboard Endpoint Protection for Lookout MES

You can onboard endpoint protection for your organization’s endpoint devices by creating a connection between Secure Cloud Access and Lookout MES.

  1. Select Administration > Enterprise Integration.
  2. Select Endpoint Protection from the menu.
  3. Click New.
  4. Enter a Name with only alphanumeric characters, no special characters other than the underscore, and no spaces.
  5. (Optional) Enter a Description.
  6. Select Lookout Mobile Security as the vendor.
  7. Enter the following information provided by the Lookout Mobile Security vendor:
    • The URL for the HTTPS Service Host used for the connection.
    • The API key.
    • The Enrollment Code.
  8. Select the Signing Certificate and click Export to export the certificate to the Lookout MES tenant.
  9. When prompted, click OK to confirm the export.
  10. Click Save to save the new connection.
    It is displayed on the Endpoint Protection page, which shows the details of the connection as well as the connection status (a green icon when connected; red icon when disconnected).
