Enable SSO with Microsoft 365 and Salesforce Cloud Applications

Create IdP Proxy for Salesforce and Microsoft 365

Once you have created SSO providers to represent SP and IdP, you must now create an IdP proxy routing, which establishes an association between the SP and IdP.

To do so, perform these steps:

  1. Click the Identity Proxy Routing tab and click New.
  2. From the Cloud Service Provider prompt, select Salesforce and Office 365.
  3. From the IDP prompt, select STA.
  4. Click Associate.

    Once the association has been created, it is listed on the Identity Proxy Routing page, along with its status. A green check mark indicates active status. You now have an IdP proxy configured in Secure Cloud Access to participate in the SSO flow.
